i'm going to uni in september and we have to get any electrical, that we've had for over a year, tested and have to present them with a portable appliance test certificate.
can someone explain what this is?

how much does it cost?
for me it'll be straighteners, hairdryer, music speakers, ipod charger and a few small lights (like desk lights)|||Look up yellow pages. Plenty places do it. They normally charge about 50p-拢1 per item. BUT, they may have a minimum amount you have to pay. It's quick and easy.
