What proportion of each electrical appliance in total electricity expenditure in a house?

Could someone tell me how much proportion of each electrical appliance in a house. For example, there are: heating, water heating, lighting, cooking, laundry... How much percent of each in total electricity expenditure.

Thanks a lot|||Guidance is here. Proportions depend on the annual bill.

http://www.which.co.uk/advice/how-to-use鈥?/a>|||It depends on each appliance and how long you keep them on for, for instance if you had a 1Kw kettle it would use one unit of electricity in an hour - but a 100Watt light bulb could be on for 10 hours to use one unit of Electricity, a 3KW water heater would use a unit in 20 minutes BUT - it has a thermostat on it to switch it on and off to maintain the correct water temperature without wasting electricity.

It is not really possible to break it down into exact percentages - lights in general will use much less than anything else, Fridges and Freezers will use more and anything with a heater in (water heating/electric fire/washing machine/cooker) will use the most - but the percentage each uses depends on how much you use each item
