Is there a way to keep warm during winter other from using an electrical appliance or wearing thick clothes?

Is there a way other from using an electrical appliance or wearing thick clothes?

Please answer !! can there be like a way, for example if you lift your arms up or something and the muscles tighten? ? i dont know!?!?!?!??!

please help me and answer, i want to save money too .|||Keep moving. Do jumping jacks or something ;D|||What?|||Fire! The best way is to keep body parts as close to you core as possible. Unless you are running around nude, you can try sticking your hear in you shirt, the warmth of you breath will help some. If not the exercise is the best option. Thermal wear is also helpful. You don’t need to “Bundle up.” Thermal wear is designed to keep you warm and help perspiration to escape.|||I'll assume you are talking about staying warm indoors... The best way not to lose heat is to seal all draft areas. You could buy plastic made for windows, that will shrink tight and add alot of cost savings to your heating bill, I use them and let me tell you they do work, and they are only around 10 bucks for a packages that does about 4-6 windows depending on size. Use candles for lighting at night, not only does it create a nice atmosphere but it adds heat to your room. Check and seal all air leaks around doors and windows with caulking. If worst comes to worst, yeah push-ups usually get me warm in the cold but don't do them to the point where you work up a sweat, or else you'll freeze later. just do a enough at regular intervals.

Good luck
